THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead, the Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing effective and efficient telephone and face-to-face technical support to users regarding Desktop issues. Following agreed procedures, respond to requests for assistance by providing information to enable users to resolve their problems.
This is a Full-time permanent position on a 5/2 roster based at the West Perth office with the ad hoc visits to site.
