We’re a great Australian success story, having rapidly grown to be a major player in the global lithium market. Our Pilgangoora Project is one of the largest, hard-rock lithium operations in the world.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, the Processing Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading the processing production crew activities to ensure the safe and efficient running of the plant and the tailings storage facility to produce a quality concentrate, in line with client specifications and to achieve production targets.
In this role, you will be required to get amongst the day-to-day operation of the plant, therefore it is essential you have significant experience working in a similar role, ideally on a complex processing plant with a solid understanding of a heavy metal production plant such as lithium, nickel, copper or gold.
This is a permanent full-time position which operates on a FIFO 8/6, 7/7 roster (day & night shift) from Perth or DIDO from Port Hedland.
